TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: May 06, 2025
These Terms:  Conditions apply to all services provided by K’Maries504, including catering,
private chef services, and meal prep.

 

Booking Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to secure your event date.
- Full payment is due 72 hours prior to your event. If payment is not received, we reserve
the right to cancel the event without refund.

 

Rush & Last-Minute Bookings
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the event are subject to a $100 rush fee.
- Bookings made within 72 hours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please speak
with the owner before proceeding.

 

Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may allow date
rescheduling based on availability and at our discretion.

 

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details (location, timing, number of guests, etc.)
- Notifying us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
- Ensuring access to venues and amenities (kitchen, electricity, etc.)

 

Liability
K’Maries504 is not liable for:
- Any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring at the event venue
- Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions

 

Intellectual Property
All branding, menus, logos, images, and content on our website are property of K’Maries504
and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or
website means you accept the current version.
